The reason behind this is that I made my Twitter account private, as Elon has made an update to the blocking feature, which made it so that blocking a user will only prevent them from interacting with you or your tweets, but still allow them to see your tweets despite that.As said in my last tweet, this decision is the epitome of another method of harassment from malicious 3rd-parties, and I really don't want that.
